Gift Vouchers
1. Gift vouchers must be redeemed for swimming courses with
Seriously Fun Swimming Schools only by phone at 01753 251 029.
2. Any unused balance will be held in the recipient's Gift Certificate.
3. If the cost of your swimming course exceeds the amount of the
gift voucher, the balance may be paid by credit or debit card.
4. Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificate expire one
year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable
law.
5. Gift vouchers cannot be applied to swimming courses already
paid for with Seriously Fun Swimming Schools.
6. Usual funswimshop.com and Seriously Fun Swimming
Schools Terms and Conditions apply.
Delivery/Availability
1. UK Satndard Delivery £1.99 (2-3 days)
In stock items will be despatched the next working day (except
Weekends and Bank Holidays).
2. UK 1st Class Delivery £3.99 (1-2 days)
In stock items will be despatched the next working day (except
Weekends and Bank Holidays).
3. UK Next Day Delivery £6.95
In stock items ordered before 12pm will be despatched
the same working day. Orders received after 12pm will be despatched
the next working day.
4. Worldwide £5.00
In stock items will be despatched the next working day (except
Weekends and Bank Holidays).
Guarantee
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply
return it within 30 days quoting your order number. We will replace
without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in
full. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please
return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 30
days of the date of purchase quoting your order number and advise
whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also applies in
the unlikely event of a Faulty item. Please mark the parcel "Returns" and
let us know the reason for the return.
2. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer
(except for faulty/damaged items) but no postage and packing
charges will be added for exchanged items. Customers should
obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot
be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
PRICES
1. Prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
2. Prices may be converted to Euros or US Dollars if required,
please click the Euro or USA icon. This is a conversion rate for
reference only, all orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling.
